What’s the Deal with Foreclosure Tours?

Published by contentbysandy under foreclosure Edit This

Would you go on a foreclosure tour? Many real estate companies are now offering foreclosure tours, which, by all accounts, are designed to showcase the homes in the area available to be sold that have been foreclosed on.  These are happening in virtually every state with high foreclosure numbers including the huge target investors markets like Florida, California and Nevada.

The question is, are foreclosure tours worth the investment of time (and sometimes money) or can you find the same information without the competition of others on that tour with you?

Personally, I believe the best way to find foreclosure properties worth buying is to have a trusted agent in your pocket or other networking opportunities so you get those foreclosure properties as they hit the market.  Can there be any real profit to be made in foreclosures that hundreds of people are seeing and passing up?
